Getting that perfect hourglass figure when you are just 2 or three months away from your wedding is not an easy task. You must be trying hard to shed those extra kilos to look perfect at your wedding functions. But you need to understand losing weight to look amazing is a tricky business. A lot of brides often commit some mistakes that rather end up making you feel bloated and also affecting your health in a bad way. Myth 1: Omitting carbs totally


You should know that carbs are an imperative part of your diet. If you stop taking them completely then it will result in lowering your energy levels, higher health-related issues and most importantly, it would do the opposite of what you are aiming which is increasing the chances of weight gain. Whereas if you consume carbs in the right quantities or go for the ones rich in fibre over the processed ones then it will help in reducing belly fat gets easier. You can add carbs like sweet potatoes, oats, fruits, vegetables, multi-grain bread and quinoa to your meals.



Myth 2: Eating less means reducing  more weight


Eating right doesn’t mean starving yourself. Some people believe that if you eat less then it will help cut down on a few inches. Well, this is one of the biggest mistakes. Just keep in mind that if you don’t eat properly, it would affect your health negatively! It can slow down your metabolism and make you feel lethargic and uneasy all the time, which is not all good for you before your wedding.



Myth 3: Excluding Dairy Products


You must know that dairy products are a primary source of calcium and protein for various people. If you exclude them from your diet to lose weight then you might end up with too many nutritional deficiencies in the long run. Also, keep in mind that avoiding dairy products don’t make any difference in your weight-loss diet, until and unless it is advised by a dietician or a doctor to do so for a specific reason.



Myth 4: You can’t eat after 07:00 pm


Your weight loss journey is not at all about when you eat. You can eat late in the night

without gaining those added kilos. Although, you need to include food items carefully on your plate and the right amount. Also, you need to balance your workout for the day if you eat a snack before bedtime, so that it doesn’t hamper your weight-loss regimen.



Myth 5: Adding Fat-free foods helps to reduce weight


There are chances that you may not be aware of the fact some people rely upon fat-free foods as one of the components of a weight loss diet. You should know that they contain just as many calories as the fuller ones. Moreover, they have sugar and other additives too. So, don’t just go by their promises as they are equally fattening.



Myth 6: Taking Supplements will help you lose weight


People have a habit of going for something that demands lesser efforts and gives quicker results. Some people rely upon supplements to lose weight and give up working out enough. Though it gives them the desired result, that doesn’t last for too long, and many side effects come along.



Myth 7: You can eat anything and everything you like and still get rid of those extra inches if you are working out regularly


If you want to get rid of your belly fat then you have to keep in mind that you need to balance your diet with your workout. You have to work both ways to get the desired results. You need to have a strict diet plan with a strict workout routine to flaunt that curvaceous body on your D-day.



Don’t go extreme and do consult a doctor or a dietician before getting yourself into it.
