We love celebrity weddings as much as you do and the recent wedding that took our breath away was of the ace designers Kunal Rawal and Arpita Mehta. This wedding looked no less than a fairy tale and everything about it seemed so on point which was all goals for any wed-to-be couple! It was a very cutesy affair with popular Bollywood names in attendance and the whole celebration gave a very beautiful, minimal sort of vibe. The whole celebration had so many details that made us fall in love with them, especially all things pretty on Arpita Mehta. The bride looked like a dream and the looks curated by her hit it totally out of the park!

 

Here are some of the things we definitely loved about her bridal look, which the brides-to-be can take some inspiration for the upcoming wedding season…

 

Starting with, her breathtaking bridal entry

 

 

The wedding theme was all gold and white which made the celebration look one of a kind! What made it surreal was Arpita’s bridal entry… she walked down the beautiful aisle with flower boys and girls and the key highlight was her look was the long tulle veil. She entered in a beautiful yet fun with her doing a little jig, which made the moment really heart-warming!

 

 

That unique jewellery on her mehendi

 

 

Arpita’s mehendi look was no less! That stunning jewellery with that stunning green lehenga was the goal! She chose statement jewellery with the waterfall earrings, to complement her attire! That hand harness and the layered necklace were absolutely mesmerising. Being an ace designer herself, Arpita designed her mint green lehenga with turquoise and cream thread and mirror work, with a 3D appliqué floral dupatta which was like a cherry on the cake. The jewellery pieces were from Krsala and Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas.

 

 

That mesmerising bridal lehenga with personalised details

 

 

Arpita Mehta, herself a really popular designer known for her impeccable ethnic wear collections! She designed her own wedding lehenga that was a total treat for the eyes! It was a gold lehenga embellished with mirrorwork that looked like perfection. Her lehenga was a one-of-a-kind creation that was made at her atelier. It was a gold Sheesh Mahal-inspired lehenga set with 18,700 mirrors along with cutdana and thread work making it look really royal. She had three dupattas… the first one was draped around her body which had the couple’s initials and wedding date embroidered in French knots. Her second dupatta was an organza ivory cream drape pinned to her head, and the third one completed her look with a 4-metre long tulle veil with 3D mirror work flowers.

 

 

Polki wedding jewellery and that cutesy kaleeras

 

 

The cutest detail of Arpita’s look was her kaleere with personalised motifs that were designed by Mrinalini Chandra, in the same gold tone as her lehenga. Her wedding jewellery was also noteworthy as she chose beautiful layered polki jewellery with emeralds which added a nice contrast to the bridal look was mixed-and-matched heirloom pieces with custom designs by Falguni Mehta and Vipul Agarwal.

 

 

The best part of the wedding was that not just the couple but every one of their guests seem to be rocking ivory too- love it!
