Being a bride, you really have to be careful about everything be it your look, the venue and so on. You have to be a part of every stage of your wedding planning. In all that wedding planning chaos, it’s quite natural to lose your calm. But, it really important to control yourself as turning into a bridezilla won’t help you to make any wise decisions. Now you must be thinking of what can be done to stay calm in all that craziness? We strongly advise you to devote some time to yourself and meditate to get that peace of mind.

There are many to-be-weds who meditate swear by it as it helps with mindfulness and will help you keep all the little details in perspective while planning your wedding functions.

It has been stated that the more you meditate, the better the results. It’s just like a diet, you should do it every day. It is also advised not to beat yourself up this exercise should be a compassionate practice where you will be making a connection with yourself. We know you must be all busy in all those prepping tasks, but a five-minute session can make a big difference.


How To Meditate? 

 

Meditation is the easiest thing to do as ff you can breathe, you can meditate. You must be thinking it will be all about sitting with your legs crossed and hands out, but you can do it in any position you want. 

The best way to do it is by setting a timer for three minutes, and then sit in a comfortable position and inhale. When you inhale, think of all the good things you desire and then exhale something you want to let go. Just repeat this until your timer goes off. 

Just don’t get distracted if you want to feel more relaxed and grounded. Practice as often as you like! This will surely help you to be a bridechilla and behave calmly when things start going south. Also, try to stay calm and take deep breaths throughout the day, then your experience is going to be completely different and hopefully shift towards positive in all the wedding planning chaos.
