The things get even more serious when you are just 7 days away from your D-Day! With all those preps, salon appointments and guests coming in, things may get a little chaotic which can further make it difficult for you take care of yourself. You may be doing the best level of pampering to yourself but there are certain things that get neglected in the preps. - Don’t get stressed or lose your calm over small things. Try to stay away from any kind of disagreements or fights with anyone as things can turn ugly which may ruin something forever
- Don’t get tempted with the thought of experimenting with your looks just a week before the wedding as if something goes wrong then it would be difficult for you mend it
- Avoid hair removal treatments when it’s just a week to go for your wedding
- Say no to binge drinking and hangovers can really hamper your health as well the way you look
- Partying hard and all-nighters also should also be avoided as a good night sleep is the need of the hour
