Sugary foods

Sugar cravings are really natural but you have to save yourself from the sweet treats. Just try to stay away from cakes and instead go for some fruits instead except bananas and grapes as they are both high in sugar. You can switch to low-fructose bets such as berries, kiwi, and citrus.

Food with cheese on it

Though we know cheese makes everything better be it a pizza, pasta or a tempting cheese but it can cause some not-so-nice side effects. It has a hard-to-digest fat making you vulnerable to nausea, bloating, and fatigue.

Too much of coffee

We are all inclined towards a hot cup of coffee to function. But having it on your wedding day may make you feel jittery and anxious. If you are really craving for a cup, so you can go for a cup of Joe or brew some herbal tea to calm your nerves on your D-Day.
