The expense of wedding ceremonies is getting out of control these days. Though some couples don’t want to spend too much and are now looking for some ways to save money. There are so many ways in which you can have a beautiful ceremony that too without breaking your wedding budget. Here are some suggestions for you to consider while planning a low-budget wedding. Your wedding ceremony may only last 3 to 4 hours, but even those hours hold so much importance in your life. It should be a memorable ceremony and particular and trust us it is possible to do so without breaking the bank.

Here are some of the suggestions for you…

Select a nearby, garden or a beach as your venue

While planning a wedding, a large chunk of the budget is usually spent on the venue. To save that amount, all you need to do is look around your neighbourhood to see for any less expensive options. You can look for nearby parks, gardens or empty spaces that have already been planted with seasonal flowers or can be used as a wedding venue. One really good option can be gardens that can be used for wedding ceremonies. If you are lucky and living at a beachside location then a beach wedding is a possibility in your case. All you need is a décor team that can arrange a decorated setup accordingly. Try to consider where you live and what possibilities might be available to you.

Have the Ceremony At Home

During COVID times, intimate weddings at home became a thing. They were not only intimate but also beautiful. There were so many couples that gave us goals during those times. Recently, even Alia and Ranbir got married on the balcony of their residence and it was no less than a dream. Trust us, it is an excellent choice for a little wedding. Get the minimal décor and invite the closest of your people and there you go!

Not wasting money on wedding ceremony flowers

We would suggest you go for artificial flowers instead of real ones or rather silk ones! Nothing can match the beauty of the real flowers, but you can use the artificial ones for backdrops, entries, mandap, etc. If you know the date of your wedding and it is at least 6 months or more away, you can get artificial flowers at a discount. All you need to do is visit the nearest craft store. Purchasing these during the off-season is quite beneficial. You can also look for discounts and sales.

Music for the ceremony

Music is an integral part of the wedding ceremony as it sets the vibe of the celebration. But it may also be an expensive element of it. If one of your family members has musical abilities, use them. They could perform a solo or play an instrument or you can ask them to be the DJ too.

Save the cost of your photographer

With the introduction of digital photography, you can easily reduce the cost of your wedding photographs. Instead of paying for a full-fledged album, you can have the photos taken by a professional photographer and get their soft copy! The nicest part about these photos is that you own the rights to them, so you may have as many as you want to be printed.

We hope this will help!
