Must-have foods for a bride’s pre-wedding diet

Getting into shape before the D-Day is not a piece of cake! In all that wedding planning madness with shopping, hunting for vendors, makeup artists, making the concise guest list, there is a chance you forget to take care of yourself. This neglection of your health should be avoided at any cost. Therefore, to manage your health and be high on nutrition, you need to make some changes in your diet. In view of this, you must consume superfoods like quinoa, chia seeds, buckwheat, etc.

Here is a list of all the foods you should be consuming and it is time you make them a part of your pre-wedding diet:

Dark Chocolate

Yoghurt

 Berries

Berries are rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C which makes them good for the skin. You can add wild blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries that will help you to keep wrinkles away. You can also add cranberries as they are an instant cure for UTIs. 

 Avocado 

Avocado is high in healthy fats and also a rich source of omega-3 as well as omega-6 fatty acids. On top of that, it is super-high on fibre and can help lower cholesterol. This will help you to stay in shape as well.
